Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting artwork or logos into a stitch file that embroidery machines can read and stitch accurately on fabric.
What embroidery services do you offer?
We offer all embroidery-related digitizing services, including logo digitizing, cap and hat digitizing, 3D puff digitizing, appliqué digitizing, patch digitizing, small text digitizing, large design digitizing, file conversion, and embroidery file editing or fixing.

How many credits does a project use?
The credit usage is based on stitch complexity, detail level, and artwork requirements.

What counts as a project?
A project includes one embroidery-ready digitized file for a single placement and size, delivered in any machine format you need.
Which file formats do you provide?
We support all major embroidery formats, including DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX, HUS, and more.
How do I submit a design?
After signing up, you’ll get access to a client portal where you can create a new task, add instructions, upload your artwork, and submit it for digitizing.
What file types can I upload?
You can upload most common artwork formats such as JPG, PNG and PDF
What is your turnaround time?
Most designs are completed within 24 hours. Many simple projects are delivered even faster.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes, we provide priority option (1 extra credit) that moves you to top of the queue.
Do you offer unlimited revisions?
Yes. We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied, as long as the revisions stay within the original project scope.
What is considered “within scope” for revisions?
Revisions include stitch adjustments, density changes, color tweaks, and minor design refinements. Major artwork changes or entirely new designs are termed as new projects.
Will I be notified when my design is ready?
Yes. Once your design is completed, you’ll receive an email notification, and the file will be available in your portal.
Do you test files before delivery?
Every design goes through a quality check to ensure it is machine-ready, clean, and optimized for production.
Which embroidery machines do you support?
Our files are compatible with all major embroidery machines, including Tajima, Barudan, Brother, Ricoma, Melco, Happy, and others.
Can I use the same design on multiple garments?
Each project includes one standard size and placement. Additional sizes or placements may require extra credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, any unused credits will carry over to the next billing cycle.
Who owns the digitized files?
You own the final digitized embroidery files and may use them for your production needs without restrictions.
